I have enjoyed writing on Hubpages for over 2 years and have learned so much. I am also a freelance writer. I love to write all types of articles and I read a variety of articles and books daily.
I am a retired RN who worked in numerous positions, but primarily in hospital management for much of my professional career. I was working on my master's degree when I became ill with lupus, which ultimately ended my nursing career.
I adore family times with my children and 3 grandchildren. My favorite hobby is genealogy research, gardening and travel. I am active in several genealogy organizations plus my church. I also make stained glass projects.
Hubpages will always be my first love, as I love the Hubbers who have become friends; the people who have taught me so much, and the supportive staff. I am thrilled that I have over 1000 fans. I never thought I would reach that mark.
I am presently in the process of writing a fiction novel, as I love new challenge. I have written short stories for years but this is my first novel.
